Andrzej Nizio

Andrzej Nizio has a university degree in law - a master's degree in law obtained after graduating from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. In addition, he studied at the Faculty of Physics at the University of Warsaw. In 1996-2012, he was associated with companies operating in the development and automotive industries, belonging to the Marvipol SA Capital Group, currently operating under the name of British Automotive Holding SA, performing a number of functions during this period, including the position of Chief Accountant, Managing Director, and then Vice-President and the President of the Management Board, and in 2012 a Member of the Supervisory Board of Marvipol SA. From 2012, Mr. Andrzej Nizio participates outside the Company - as a member of the body, as a partner or as a member of the body and partner in a number of entities whose activity is not competitive to that performed by British Automotive Holding SA.
