Andy is the Managing Director for Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure and Operations, having joined the Bank in 2020, initially as the IT Service Delivery Director.

Andy has responsibility for the development and delivery of the IT Strategy and leads the functions that deliver the IT services and maintain the Information Security.

Prior to joining the Bank, Andy held a number of senior IT management positions across the Government, Health, Construction, and Financial Services sectors, working across the UK and mainland Europe.
