Natalie Gasson-McKinley Mbe

Natalie Gasson-McKinley MBE is an accomplished leader in policy and strategy, currently serving as Senior Manager at the British Business Bank since September 2023, focusing on improving access to finance for diverse businesses and addressing regional financial imbalances. As Director of Nottingham Playhouse since November 2019, Natalie oversees strategic decisions, promotes theatre attendance, and chairs the Diversity in the Workforce initiative, aiming to enhance representation of minorities within the organization. Previous roles include Development Manager at the Federation of Small Businesses, Chair of Obu, Head of Operations for D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership, and Midlands Engine Strategic Lead for the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
