Jacqueline Per

Jacqueline Per is an accomplished nursing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Deputy Registrar and Executive Director of Education, Standards & Guidance at the BC College of Nurses and Midwives and as an Adjunct Professor at The University of British Columbia's School of Nursing, Jacqueline Per combines academic and practical expertise. Previously, Jacqueline Per held multiple executive positions at Fraser Health Authority from March 2016 to February 2025, including Executive Director of Learning and Research, Chief Nursing and Allied Health Officer, and Executive Director of Patient Experience. Prior experience at Vancouver Coastal Health from 2008 to March 2016 encompassed roles such as Director of Clinical Quality and Manager of Residential Care. Jacqueline Per's educational background includes a Master's of Science in Nursing Administration and a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from The University of British Columbia and the University of Victoria, respectively, as well as ongoing studies in healthcare leadership, virtual health, and adult education.
