Rachel Lemos, MBA, CPSM is currently the Executive Director of Supply Chain Management at BC Ferries, overseeing a team of procurement professionals. Prior to this role, Rachel held various procurement positions at organizations such as The Sustainable Procurement Pledge, Canadian Western Bank, BCLC, Destination Canada, WorkSafeBC, and Braskem - Oil & Gas. Rachel has a strong background in strategic sourcing, contract management, and vendor relationship management. Rachel holds a Master's in Business Administration, with a focus on Supply Chain and Logistics.
