Hudson Giesbrecht

Hudson Giesbrecht is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Division Manager for Distribution Standards at BC Hydro, a position held since June 2012. Prior roles at BC Hydro include Engineering Team Lead and Senior Engineer, focusing on Distribution Standards. Hudson began a career in engineering at AMEC as an Engineer in Training, specializing in Utility Substation Protection and Controls, and worked as a Product Development Engineer at TC Helicon, where professional audio products were designed and implemented. Hudson holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Victoria, completed in 2010.
