Celia Whisler

Celia Whisler is a Civil Engineer at Citizens Energy Group, having held the position since May 2022, where previous roles included Undergraduate Engineering and Construction Intern. Prior to this, Celia gained experience as a Customer Service Advocate at Target from August 2021 to May 2022 and worked at Walgreens from July 2017 to August 2021 in both Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Associate roles. Celia earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, completing studies in 2023, and attended Roncalli High School in Indianapolis.
