Rabbia Saghir

Rabbia Saghir currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at BC Hydro, a role held since January 2024. Prior to this position, Rabbia gained extensive experience at WorkSafeBC, where tenure spanned from August 2015 to January 2024, including roles as a People and Culture Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner, Human Resources Advisor, and various administrative positions within Human Resources. Earlier experience includes a role as a Back Office Team Representative at Rogers Communications from February 2012 to August 2015. Rabbia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, earned between 2015 and 2020, and also studied at Vancouver Community College from 2009 to 2011.
