Calum O'Byrne Mulligan is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in political and arts management. Current roles include Regional Manager for South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa at the British Council and Arts External Relations Manager. Previous experience encompasses freelance project management and serving as a Councillor in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, as well as a Senior Policy Researcher at the House of Commons and a Political Adviser at the British Council. Earlier in their career, Calum worked as a Senior Account Executive at Edelman. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Legal and Political Theory from UCL and a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics from the University of Warwick.
