Debbie Forster

Debbie Forster is a Trustee at the British Council. Prior to this, they served as the Director of International Development at NCSSS and as CEO of Tech Talent Charter. Debbie also Co-founded Apps for Good, an organization that provides training and resources for young people to develop their own mobile apps.

Debbie Forster has a MA in English from the University of Leeds and a BA in English from Hardin-Simmons University. Debbie also has certification from NCSL (soon to be National College for Leadership of Schools and Children's Services) in NPQH.
