Emma Fang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at the British Council, currently serving as Head of Global Account Management for Professional, University, and English Exams since November 2021. Emma has a strong background in leading strategies for professional and university exams and developing global account management frameworks. Previously, from 2008 to 2020, Emma held various roles within the organization, including Head of Exams Distribution Services & Aptis China, where responsibilities included managing a multi-million-pound revenue business and enhancing customer experience. Emma also served as National Exams Distribution Services Manager and Area Exams Distribution Services Manager for South & Southwest China, achieving notable growth and operational improvements.
