Nii Doodo Dodoo

Nii Doodo Dodoo is an experienced leader and manager with a strong background in education, capacity building, and program implementation across various sectors. As the Country Director for the British Council since November 2022, Nii leads approximately 70 staff in delivering impactful programs in Education, Arts and Culture, and Digital Literacy, while advocating for policy interventions with senior officials in multiple countries. Previous roles include Country Coordinator at World Child Cancer, Country Director at Lively Minds, and Head of Training and Curriculum at Solidaridad West Africa, among others. Nii holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, a Master’s in Development Management from The Open University, and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Ghana.
