Patrick Chinakwe is a seasoned professional in customer service and sales management, currently serving as a Customer Service and Sales Manager at the British Council since October 2018. Previous experience includes roles as a Customer Service Officer and Exams/Programs Support Staff at the same organization, as well as working as an SPU Supervisor at Abuja Electricity Distribution Company Plc from November 2016 to November 2017. Patrick holds a Certificate in Data Science for Business from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Agricultural Technology in Plant Pathology from the Federal University of Technology Owerri, completed in 2014. Currently, Patrick is pursuing a Master's degree in Crop Protection with a focus on Plant Pathology and Mycology at the University of Abuja.
