Varda Dar

Varda Dar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at the British Council since September 2016, currently serving as Manager of the Alumni UK Global Programme and previously as Programme Manager for the Higher Education sector. In this role, Varda Dar has successfully overseen the £10 million Pak-UK Education Gateway partnership and managed a £1 million International Mobility component. Varda Dar also managed the libraries platform, fostering a vibrant community of over 4000 members and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless operations. Earlier roles include Advisor for Information Services and a Consultant at the British Council. Additional experience includes a position as Assistant Manager at The Citizens Foundation. Varda Dar holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the National University of Sciences and Technology and a Master of Arts in Public Policy from Forman Christian College.
