Caroline Julian

Caroline joined British Cycling as the External Affairs Director in September 2022, tasked to ensure that the organisation's relationships, advocacy and exposure helps achieve its strategic aims.

She was previously Director of Policy and Public Affairs at Creative UK, championing the priorities of its diverse membership. She spearheaded a number of effective campaigns, including a Creative Careers Programme that enabled thousands of young people to discover and pursue their talent, and advocacy during the pandemic that secured significant funding from UK Government.

Caroline has been a member of Velo Club Godalming Haslemere since 2019 and can often be found seeking out new country lanes on her road bike.
