Claire Livesey

Claire Livesey (FCIPD) currently serves as People Director at British Cycling, a position held since December 2021, alongside responsibilities as Head of Human Resources. Prior to this, Claire held the role of Head of HR Operations at Key Group from February 2018 to December 2021. Claire’s experience includes serving as HR Business Consultant at CL HR Services Ltd and HR Integration Lead at ReAssure. Additionally, Claire spent five years as Head of Group HR at Guardian Financial Services and worked as HR Manager at AEGON Scottish Equitable. The career began at VIA NET.WORKS as HR Operations Manager. Claire earned a degree in Business Studies with a 2:1 classification and MCIPD in Business and Human Resources from The University of Huddersfield from 1994 to 1998.
