Emily Lyons

Emily Lyons is an experienced professional in the outdoor and adventure tourism sectors, currently serving in content creation at British Cycling and festival operations at Sheffield Adventure Film Festival. As the founder and host of the Out Outdoors podcast, Emily celebrates the LGBTQIA+ community in outdoor activities. Previous roles include events and marketing at Foundation Coffee House, production coordination at Kendal Mountain Festival, and event management for Include Summit. Emily has also contributed to gender equality initiatives with the British Mountaineering Council and worked as an environmental campaigner and event coordinator for various organizations. Emily holds degrees in Adventure Tourism Management and Adventure Tourism Business Management.
