Lyndsey Hollands

Lyndsey Hollands is a seasoned sports management professional with a strong focus on disability sports. Currently serving as the National Disability Manager for British Cycling since July 2022, Lyndsey has previously held key positions including Head of Swimming and Aquatics at King's College Taunton and Strategic Relationship Manager at British Blind Sport. Lyndsey's extensive experience includes roles as Disability Swimming Talent Officer and Playground to Podium Officer with The Amateur Swimming Association, where expertise in talent identification and development for disabled athletes was demonstrated. Earlier career stages involved as Sussex Swimming Development Officer for Freedom Leisure and various freelance sports coaching positions. Education was completed at Claverham Community College.
