Chris Bingham

Chris Bingham is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Gas Energy Balancing Operations Manager at British Gas since September 2009, responsible for aligning wholesale gas volumes with Centrica's portfolio and producing financial forecasts. Previously, Chris held the role of Electricity Imbalance Manager, overseeing the operational performance of the core imbalance delivery team, and also served as an HR Manager for Metering and Energy Balancing, providing support for over 450 employees across multiple sites. Earlier in the career, Chris completed the Centrica graduate scheme with a focus on operational management, including a placement as Offshore Communications Manager in India, and began working as a Systems Trainer for British Gas from 2005 to 2007. Chris completed education at Kings School Grantham and The Manchester Metropolitan University.
