Claudine Wallis

Claudine Wallis has extensive experience in systems planning, telephony, and resource management. Claudine has served as Head of Systems (Planning & Telephony) at Centrica and British Gas, where they also held the position of Planning Manager. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Planning Manager at The AA and The Automobile Association. Claudine began their career as a Resource & Planning Manager at NTLmedia and Virgin Media.

Claudine Wallis completed their education from Ulster University between 2013 and 2016, where they obtained a degree in Customer Contact Planning and Management. Claudine'sfield of study was in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Prior to that, they attended Altraincham Grammar School for Girls from 1992 to 1995, where they undertook a course in Economics. In addition to their formal education, Claudine Wallis obtained a certification in "How to Use LinkedIn Learning" from LinkedIn in July 2023.
