David Rizzo

David Rizzo is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Business Development at British Gas Business. With a career at British Gas beginning in 2012, David has excelled in roles such as Team Manager for Strategic Broker Sales, managing a field sales team focused on large energy consultancies, and Corporate Business Development Manager, where responsibilities included negotiating energy contracts and enhancing customer service. Prior to this, David held the position of Head of Energy Solutions for Wales and West at British Gas Community Energy, managing a team dedicated to CO2 saving initiatives and client relationships. David's career began in 1999 at British Gas Business as a Corporate Sales Manager, providing sales support for FTSE 100 companies and the public sector. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Finance from the University of South Wales.
