Giuseppe Vettigli

Giuseppe Vettigli is a seasoned data scientist and AI lead expert currently serving at British Gas since May 2021, where responsibilities include supporting C-level executives in AI strategy development, utilizing Large Language Models for customer complaint analysis, and leading teams in creating models for pricing and NetZero initiatives. Previously, Vettigli held roles such as Senior Data Scientist at Hive | Centrica Hive Limited, where contributions included designing machine learning models and mentoring peers, as well as teaching fellow positions with Cambridge Spark, illuminating various data science topics. Vettigli co-founded SMAP Energy, focusing on behavioral adaptation research for energy consumers, and earlier positions included significant roles in data analysis and software development at Cambridge Energy Data Lab and research fellowships at the Italian National Research Council.
