H Locke

H Locke is currently the Service Design Lead at British Gas, with previous experience as the Head of UX at Ogilvy UK and Head of Experience Design at Proximity London. H has a background in user-centered design, multichannel customer experiences, digital transformation, and advocating for inclusive design. With a Bachelor's Degree in French from the University of Hull and Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), H has a strong foundation in language and communication.
