Matt Holcombe

Matt Holcombe is a seasoned CRM professional with extensive experience in the energy and finance sectors. Currently serving as CRM Manager - Growth at British Gas since October 2023, Matt previously held the role of Senior CRM Manager and CRM Manager at Future from December 2021 to October 2023. Prior to that, Matt was the eCRM lead at RWE npower from July 2012 to July 2021, where responsibility included developing effective contact strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and promote self-service initiatives. Matt's career also includes positions at Nationwide Building Society from June 2000 to March 2012, where a successful marketing executive tenure involved delivering numerous direct marketing campaigns. Matt holds a Professional Post Graduate CIM Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing & Multimedia from the University of Gloucestershire.
