Mike Callow is an experienced performance delivery manager at British Gas since December 2020, focusing on developing a comprehensive call sampling process. Previously, Mike served as a quality assurance manager, where the primary responsibility was to ensure effective quality controls were in place. Mike's experience also includes a secondment as an insurance quality expert at British Gas Business, aimed at aligning non-regulated operations with FCA insurance regulations, and a series of roles leading quality initiatives from senior quality coach to quality team manager, which involved direct management and performance analysis within call center environments. Mike holds a BA Hons in Politics and Government from London Metropolitan University.
