Edward T. Wagner, PE, PfMP, PMP, MSEE, is a highly experienced professional in electrical and systems engineering with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Senior Portfolio Manager at Oceaneering since January 2020, Wagner previously held leadership roles at Oceaneering AGV Systems and RCT Systems, where significant contributions were made in program management and engineering. Wagner's expertise includes advanced power conversion systems and electronic product development, having also served as Vice President of Engineering at SatCon Technology Corporation and as a Fellow Engineer at Northrop Grumman. Educational credentials include a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.
