Previously, Paul held roles including Technical Solutions Lead, EV Technical Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Smart Energy Coach, and Smart Energy Expert within the same company. Prior to joining British Gas, Paul worked as an MOT Tester at National Tyres and Autocare from July 2008 to January 2011. Paul completed education at Abbotsfield Comprehensive School from 1990 to 1995.
