Rob Parsons

Rob Parsons has extensive experience in customer service and account management, currently serving as the Business Customer Service Manager at PH Jones since April 2022. Prior to this role, Rob held the position of Key Account Team Manager at British Gas, where employment began in April 2008 and continues to the present. Rob's earlier experience includes key account management at Connaught PLC, work as a private hire driver, and various sales and managerial roles in organizations such as Josef Kihlberg, Sunset Packaging Supplies, FP International, and Macfarlane Packaging. Rob's educational background includes attendance at Teignmouth Grammar School from 1977 to 1982.
