Diarmad Campbell

Chief Geologist, Scotland at British Geological Survey

Diarmad Campbell is an accomplished geologist with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. Since April 2010, Diarmad has served as Chief Geologist for the British Geological Survey, leading mapping, 3D modeling, and related programs in onshore Scotland. Previously, from June 2000 to July 2005, Diarmad held the position of Head at the Hong Kong Geological Survey. Diarmad earned a PhD in geology from the University of Cambridge, focusing on the Caradoc Ashgill geology of North Wales, and received an education from The Edinburgh Academy from 1961 to 1975.
