John Norton

John Norton has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2006 as Head of Trading for Mencap, where they managed sales budgets and implemented marketing campaigns. John then moved on to Macmillan Cancer Support in 2009, serving as Head of Sales and overseeing licensing and affiliate agreements. In 2012, they became the Executive Chairman of the Direct Commerce Association, supporting businesses in the multi-channel retail community. From 2013 to 2017, John worked as Head of Retail Trading for The Royal British Legion. Currently, they are the Head of Workplace Wellbeing Operations at the British Heart Foundation, leading the delivery of workplace wellbeing services nationwide.

John Norton earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from De Montfort University from 1991 to 1995.
