Lauren Vaux

Lauren Vaux is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in internal communications and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Internal Communications and Engagement Lead at the British Heart Foundation since March 2017, Lauren has held various roles within the organization, focusing on enhancing engagement among a dispersed workforce. Previously, Lauren worked at Save the Children UK, where responsibilities included leading internal communications for divisional initiatives and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. With earlier roles encompassing marketing and operations management in the hospitality sector, Lauren brings a creative and proactive approach to communication strategies. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Kent.
