Ekaterina Fadeeva

Ekaterina Fadeeva is an accomplished professional in workplace strategy and interior design, currently serving as the author of a workplace design and strategy course aimed at teaching architects to align corporate interiors with business strategies and employee wellbeing since September 2021. As the founder of design-strategy.ru since January 2020, Ekaterina oversees the provision of workplace strategy and interior design services. Additionally, Ekaterina tutors at the British Higher School of Art and Design, sharing expertise in workplace strategy and design research techniques. Previous roles include leading workplace strategy consultant at JLL and OFFCON architectural bureau, designer and consultant at AECOM, and head of a coworking space project at DI Telegraph, among others. Ekaterina holds a Master in Work Space Design from IE Business School and a postgraduate degree in Interior Design from the British Higher School of Art and Design.
