Sam Lewis

Sam Lewis is an experienced content editor and travel consultant currently working at Not Just Travel since June 2022. Lewis has been active with the British Horse Society as a Level 4 Riding Coach and equestrian journalist since April 2017, coaching riders at various levels in South Dorset. As a travel writer, Lewis has contributed to National Geographic Traveller UK since 2006 and held the position of Associate Travel Editor at APL Media from 2008 to 2022. Additional roles include senior riding coach at Bryanston School and freelance marketing for event venues, specializing in aerial video production. Lewis has also written for Your Horse & Country Magazine and served as a travel editor for notable publications including TAKE A BREAK and AOL. Educational qualifications include a BA in History/Journalism from Louisiana State University and several A Levels from Newstead Wood School.
