Fiona Sawkill

Fiona Sawkill has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 25 years. Fiona'smost recent role is as the Head of Digital Placemaking at British Land, where they are responsible for defining and delivering the Smart Places strategy. Prior to this, they worked as a Programme Manager in the Smart Places team, overseeing the design and delivery of the digital platform for British Land's customers. Before joining British Land, Fiona was the Owner and Business Consultant at Acorn Business Consulting Ltd. Fiona also held positions at Broadgate Estates, Hammerson, and Entertainment UK Ltd, where they worked in various roles such as Senior IT Project Manager, Business Consultant, and Senior Business Process Analyst. Fiona is highly experienced in managing projects, driving digital transformations, and implementing innovative technologies.

Fiona Sawkill attended Edge Hill University from 1989 to 1992, where they pursued a BA (Hons) in English & Communication Studies. During their time at the university, they also undertook a minor in I.T.
