Ade Onagoruwa Chartered FCIPD, FRSA, currently serves as the Head of Employee Relations and Diversity, Equality & Inclusion at British Land since June 2014, where responsibilities encompass the articulation and delivery of Employee Relations strategy, including diversity initiatives and employee engagement.
