Rachael Conchie

Rachael Conchie is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations, organisational development, diversity, equality, and inclusion, change management, recruitment, and internal communication. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at British Land since July 2016, Rachael has built a robust HR career that began at Ketchum, where roles included HR Executive, HR Manager, and HR Business Partner from May 2012 to July 2016. Rachael holds an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster, alongside a BA Hons in English Literature from Newcastle University.
