Tim Haddon

Tim Haddon is a seasoned professional in asset management, currently serving as the Head of Asset Management for British Land since December 2011, overseeing a portfolio valued at £2bn and playing a key role in setting strategy and driving performance through placemaking initiatives. In addition, Tim serves as the Chairman of the Paddington Partnership, fostering collaboration among local stakeholders to enhance the development of the 80-acre area. Previously, Tim held the position of Director at Colliers Capital, where responsibilities included fund strategy and asset management for pension funds, and began their career as a Surveyor at Colliers International, gaining extensive experience across various sectors. Tim Haddon earned a BSc (Hons) in Land Management from the University of Reading.
