Tom Parker

Tom Parker has a diverse work experience. Tom is currently working at British Land as the Head of Commercial Finance since June 2021. Prior to this role, they held the position of Finance and Property Analysis Executive at the same company from January 2021 to June 2021.

In 2019, Tom took a career break to embark on a bicycle tour in Patagonia. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they returned to the UK and later completed a tour to Nordkapp, Norway in 2020.

From 2014 to 2020, Tom worked at British Land in various roles. Tom started as an FP&A Analyst from May 2014 to April 2016, then advanced to the position of Senior FP&A Analyst from April 2016 to August 2017. After that, they worked as a Senior Strategy Associate from September 2017 to March 2019, and finally as a Strategy Executive from March 2019 to October 2020.

Starting their career in 2010, Tom worked at KPMG UK as an Audit Assistant from October 2010 to October 2013. Tom then progressed to the role of Assistant Manager in the Consumer Markets department within Sectors Audit at KPMG London from October 2013 to May 2014. During their time at KPMG, they gained experience working with clients in various industries, including retail, consumer goods, and technology.

Tom Parker attended Durham University from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Natural Sciences with a focus on Mathematics and Economics. After completing their undergraduate studies, they obtained the Chartered Accountant ACA certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) in October 2013.
