Jake Hobbs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries, with a focus on the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Jake currently works as an Investment Manager - Life Sciences at British Patient Capital, where they oversee investments in this field. Jake Hobbs completed their Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree with Industrial Placement in Biochemistry at the University of Bath from 2013 to 2017. Jake then pursued an MSc degree in Applied Biopharmaceutical Biotechnology & Entrepreneurship at the University of Nottingham from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Jake is enrolled at Imperial College London for a Skills Bootcamp in Data Science, scheduled from 2022 to 2023.
