Bettina Christle

Bettina Christle is a highly experienced chemist with a robust background in analytical method development and teaching. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Charm Industrial since August 2024, Bettina focuses on analytical data management and research projects that support process development. Prior experiences include roles as a Scientific Consultant and Senior Analytical Chemist at Novoloop, where Bettina optimized methods for material qualification, and a Senior Chemist at Halio, Inc., leading chemical manufacturing processes for electrochromic devices. Bettina has also contributed to education as a Chemistry Instructor and Science Instructor in various educational settings, and has held significant research and mentorship positions at OSRAM GmbH and TU München. Bettina earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and has been actively involved in academic mentorship and teaching throughout the career.
