Dorothy Brown CBE has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, having worked in various leadership roles in government organizations such as HM Revenue & Customs and HM Courts Service. Dorothy has a strong background in delivering operational performance and strategic HR interventions, leading large teams of staff and managing substantial budgets. Dorothy currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the British Red Cross.
