Jessica Cross has extensive experience in digital transformation and project management, currently serving as Head of Service Transformation at British Red Cross since November 2016, with previous roles including Interim Director of Digital and Innovation, Digital Transformation Lead, and Senior Digital Delivery Manager. Prior to this, Jessica worked at Macmillan Cancer Support from January 2014 to November 2016 in various digital project management roles. Earlier experience includes managerial positions at The Squirrel Pub and volunteer roles at organizations such as DrugScope and Christian Aid. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Nottingham, completed in 2012.
