Katie Barnett is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in international human resources management. Currently serving as Strategic HR Lead - International at the British Red Cross since April 2024, Katie previously held the position of International Human Resources Manager within the same organization from January 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included providing HR advisory and operational support across the international people team. Additional experience includes roles as HR Projects Manager at Malaria Consortium, HR Business Partner at Mind, and Deputy HR Coordinator at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). Katie's early career included positions at British Red Cross, King's College London, and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a Post-graduate Diploma in HR Management from Kingston University.
