Samantha Goff

Samantha Goff has extensive experience in health operations and service management within the British Red Cross, serving since March 2014 in various roles, including Health Operations Manager for the South West and CI, where responsibilities include change management and service development. Prior to this, Goff held positions such as Independent Living Service Manager for Devon and Cornwall and Operations Manager, supporting NHS-funded operations across the region. Earlier experience includes roles as an Independent Living Coordinator at Phoenix Child Care and Education and as a Nurture Unit Assistant, demonstrating a commitment to supporting vulnerable populations. Goff also developed a project for young parents while working with Portsmouth City Council and is currently pursuing education at The Open University.
