Victoria Smith is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Head of Primary at the British School of Bucharest since 2015. Victoria has also contributed to the Council of British International Schools (COBIS) as a Lead Improvement Partner from 2016 to October 2023, overseeing the COBIS Accreditation and Compliance Programme, facilitating leadership training courses, and participating as a Peer Accreditor for accreditation visits. Formerly, Victoria held the position of Director at Parklane International School from 2006 to 2015. Victoria's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington, a PGCE in Primary Education, a Master’s degree in International Education and Leadership, and an NPQEL in Education from Best Practice Network.
