Ceri Williams Chartered MCIPD has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of People Business Partnering for Supply Chain at British Sugar since July 2020, following a brief tenure as Senior People Business Partner. Prior roles include HR Business Partner (Municipal) at Biffa, and various HR positions at Marston's PLC, Dimension Data UKI, Advance Healthcare, and Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, where responsibilities ranged from administration to strategic partnership. Ceri holds a CIPD Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Walsall College and a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Human Resource Management and Business Management from Keele University.
