David Ashley-Rogers

David Ashley-Rogers has extensive experience in the sugar production and processing industry, currently serving as Shift Performance Manager at British Sugar since December 2007. In this role, David leads a shift team to ensure operational efficiency and achieve factory targets related to quality, environment, safety, and health (QESH). Previously, David held positions such as Combustion Technician and Process Technician at British Sugar, specializing in various technical aspects of the production process, including monitoring key systems and resolving throughput issues. Earlier experience includes working as a printer assistant at Mortons Media Group Ltd and as a Production Technician at British Sugar. David holds a degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Lincoln Tech College and completed secondary education at Gartree Secondary School.
