Jon Dukes

Jon Dukes is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in managing and supporting technology environments. Currently serving as IT Manager at British Wool since March 2023, Jon previously held the position of Head of IT at Direct Voice and Data from June 2021 to February 2023. Prior to that, Jon was the ICT Operations Manager at Sheffield High School for Girls for over a decade, focusing on IT operations, user management, and strategic planning. Earlier career experience includes a role as ICT Technician at both Sheffield High School for Girls and ECA Business Energy, where responsibilities included system maintenance, installation, and user support. Jon's educational background includes attendance at Dronfield Henry Fanshawe School from 1999 to 2004.
