Monica Amin Talati, SHRM-CP, HRM, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Senior Manager of People Operations at Brivo since January 2022. At Brivo, Monica successfully established the company as a Great Place to Work for 2022 and implemented several key initiatives including a new onboarding system, employee recognition programs, and revamped new hire orientation. Prior experience includes roles at METIS Solutions, where Monica served as Human Resources Manager, and Alarm.com as Human Resources Operations Specialist. Monica holds a Post Baccalaureate degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Sociology and Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
