Heather Osborne has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. Heather currently holds the position of Senior Manager in the CFO Services department at Brixey & Meyer since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager in the same department from February 2022 to July 2023.
Before joining Brixey & Meyer, Heather held various roles at Vartek Services. Heather began as a Staff Accountant in December 2013 and eventually progressed to become a Senior Accountant and then a Senior Accountant/Project Manager. From January 2018 to October 2019, they served as an Assistant Director and later a Director in Administrative Operations. Heather also held the position of Director of Finance & Administration from October 2019 to November 2021, and briefly served as the Senior Director of Operations from November 2021 to February 2022.
Earlier in their career, Heather worked as an Accounting Specialist at Pohlman & Talmage CPA's Inc from January 2011 to November 2013.
Heather Osborne holds a Master's Degree in Accountancy from Wright State University, which they completed in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Accountancy & Finance from the same university in 2010. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in February 2018, the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2017, and the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in April 2016.
